Energy-Efficient Display Cases

July 3, 2019 By Isabelle Gustafson

Hoshizaki display cases now feature energy efficient R600a refrigerant — keeping sushi fresh and ready to serve. These popular refrigerated display cases feature a stylish curved glass front, stainless steel exterior and LED lights. They’re available in 4’, 5’, 6’ and 7’ lengths. Other features include NSF approved thermometer, a 5.6” plate display on top, and full complement of interior food mount plates with radius grooves, perfect for keeping sushi on display fresh. Large front-to-back interior (11”) and sliding glass entry doors enable operators’ easy access to the entire refrigerated compartment.
