The line of four fully-baked cookies complements the company’s ready-to-bake line of gourmet cookie dough. Now c-stores can save on labor and time with these ready-to-serve cookies. Made from premium, clean label ingredients, the four gourmet offerings include: Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Sugar Cookies, Triple Chocolate Filled Cookies made with Hershey’s Chips, and Confetti Cake Cookies with Frosting Filling. The new offerings enable c-stores to stay on trend, as the gourmet cookie sub-segment is growing faster than the rest: up 14% since 2015 (NPD Supply Track, 2016 Dataset). Rich’s prepackaged gourmet cookies are made from recipes with truly authentic ingredients.
