The frozen beverage company, which designs and sells self-service milkshakes, smoothies and frappe’s, teamed up with Mondelēz International Inc., a confectionary company that owns and sells various candy and snacking products that many would be familiar with. Among their various high-performing brands is SOUR PATCH KIDS candy, a delicious, soft gummy candy that is coated in sour sugar, resulting in an amazing taste that delivers the perfect balance of sour and sweet. Straying from a classic milkshake, the two foodservice companies developed a ‘sherbet shake’ formulation with the consistency reminiscent of decadent sorbet, which tastes refreshingly punchy.
