MegaMex Foods announced a new brand, TRES COCINAS, featuring a line of pepper pastes that make it easy for operators to add bold, balanced and complex flavors to their menu in items like sauces, salsas, side dishes, soups, stews, marinades, glazes and dressings, as well as cocktails and desserts. The TRES COCINAS product line includes three flavors, each in seven-ounce resealable pouch: Chipotle with Adobo Authentic Pepper Paste, Guajillo Authentic Pepper Past and Ancho & Pasilla Authentic Pepper Paste. All three varieties are gluten free and Kosher.
