TurboChef has introduced its new Plexor A3 3-in-1 ventless automated oven, which offers three different cooking technologies in one easy-to-use appliance. The oven can be ordered in left or right automated loading/unloading door orientation to provide additional flexibility. Being ventless, the high-speed oven can be placed anywhere it’s needed. The stackable design allows retailers to triple their throughput, not their footprint, with one user interface and one plug.
