Along with the Precision Impingement technology, which utilizes top and bottom hot air for a fast, high-quality cook without microwaves, the S2600 has the features and benefits of the previous sizes of Shuttle ovens with the bonus of accommodating a full-size sheet pan. The S2600 also features two intuitive full-color, front-facing touchscreens that can store over 1000 multistage recipes and self-diagnostics for monitoring oven components and performance, along with a mountable remote control module option and dozens of other cooking accessory options.
